After 28 years of calling this place home, Joe and I are facing an unexpected and heartbreaking eviction. My kids grew up here, my grandbabies live here, and every corner of this house holds memories of our family. Losing our home is something we never imagined, especially after the recent loss of my dad in July. To make things even harder, Joe was let go from the family business after nearly three decades. Now, we’re in a crisis and need to move within the next 3 to 4 weeks, but we simply don’t have enough saved for a security deposit and first month’s rent.

Joe is a very humble man and hates to ask for help, but we are in a crisis. We are doing everything we can to find a new place and keep our family together, but the costs are overwhelming.
