Help Joe and Neena Recover from the Palisades Fire

Hello. I'm writing to garner support for Joe Wekselblatt (and Neena Leggett). Joe and Neena had a place in the Palisades; it and almost all their worldly possessions were lost in the Palisades fire.

They have been displaced and are incurring all the stresses and expenses that come with that. Joe is a senior researcher in my laboratory at UCLA, and if you know him (or Neena), you know that he/they are incredibly kind and generous with their time and energy. So please consider a donation to help them out, and/or share this widely, as I'm sure both Joe and Neena have huge social networks. Be well, I know many have been impacted...

Funds will be used to cover costs that come from being displaced and needing to purchase essentials, plus the wide-ranging costs associated with relocation during and after a major natural disaster.
