My name is Leanne. My significant other is Joe Ryan, and we have a son that just turned 4 a few days ago. Our story begins with us all feeling safe and secure in our world. We both had full-time jobs, a car, and a place to lay our heads. Then, with no warning, everything changed. Our jobs at Millstone Social were suddenly ended with no warning. So, our world that seemed so secure is now all shaken up. With no jobs and unable to pay the car payment, we lost the car, and now finding a new job just got so much harder. Our rent is now due, so the next thing to go will be our apartment, and then I fear they would take our son as we would be homeless with nothing. We just need a little help to get our car back and maybe put a little toward rent to secure the place we're at so we don't get evicted. We know that this isn't anyone's responsibility but our own, but in a good world gone bad where one works full-time and still can't make it barely, we need help sometimes, and neither of us have family or any family that can or will offer help or assistance.

We're reaching out to any person or people that may have a little extra to spare to help out, not for our sake but for Xander, our 4-year-old's sake, so he doesn't have to endure losing us and all he knows.
