This week, our beloved friend, and community cornerstone, Jody Lappin, and her three incredible children lost everything when their home was destroyed in the devastating Pacific Palisades fire. Jody has been a beacon of love and care in our lives—a single mother whose warmth, smile, and devotion to our community have touched so many. Now, it’s time for us to rally around her, just as she has always been there for us.

Jody gives selflessly to others, whether healing our children, offering a shoulder to lean on, or brightening someone’s day with her boundless optimism. Her three children, each with specialized needs, are on the verge of life-changing milestones like heading to college, but now they are starting over with nothing but their beloved cats, a few bags, and some cherished photos.
