Hi everyone, I’m writing this even though it’s not easy for me to ask. I am currently facing an upcoming contempt of court hearing to enforce my parenting plan and address ongoing issues with being denied time with my son. My heart and my prayer are simple: to be the father I am called to be—present, loving, consistent, and involved in my child’s life.

At the same time, I am currently on L&I after being injured in a fall into a crawlspace. I sprained my knee and injured my hip, which has limited my ability to work and interrupted the plan I had in place to handle these legal costs on my own. This injury has been both physically and financially challenging, making it difficult to cover the attorney fees and court costs needed to enforce existing court orders.

This is not about conflict or retaliation. It is about accountability, stability, and ensuring my son has access to both parents, as intended.
