Dear family & friends

The Salinas family and I are asking for your help to save my dearest friend, sisters heart. Her valve is not functioning and is in need of a replacement. As many of you know open heart surgery is super expensive and unfortunately my dear friend does not have a medical insurance that can pay for this surgery. This is why I am turning to GoFundMe. The heart surgery will run about $500K this is an astronomical amount that we do not have. I know that if we all give, we can get to this amount or close to the amount needed.
