Help Joanne with Food and Gas Until the 18th get SSI

Hi, I'm Joanne I'm 68 yrs old. I've moved from Reno, NV I couldn't afford the rent so I moved to TX. I'm in Freeport TX, I need money for gas & food I don't get my SSI till the 18th. I'm sleeping in my car. I need water, ice, food till the 18th. I'm checking out an apartment next week. Please help!
