Falling on hard times should not mean losing the home you own.

The Bluebills organization is providing assistance with the first, and most important, next part of this process...replacing several broken windows. However, it's not free. It provides a deep discount for the replacement & labor, but she is still $2000 short. She also needs painting, sanding and other supplies to address the floors and walls.
