Joan Rotich is one of Kenya’s top marathon runners, with victories in the Ooredoo Doha Marathon, Taipei Marathon, and Jakarta Marathon. She has fought her way from humble beginnings to become a world-class athlete. However, despite her success on the track, she has faced a devastating setback—she was swindled out of one million Euro by a former partner who exploited her trust and stole her life savings.

Now, Joan stands at a crossroads. She is determined to rebuild her career and financial stability, but she needs our support to make it happen. We have launched this fundraiser to raise 10,000 SEK as an initial boost to help her get back on her feet and continue pursuing her dreams.
