My name is Jo and I'm fundraising for a reliable bike/scooter to use for work.

I used to have a car, a good car. Last year, December 22nd, there was an unfortunate event where my car was hit while parked. I was sleeping in my room when this happened.

I am now in debt from the dealership trying to charge me for the car when the other person's insurance paid for it. I am nearly 8 thousand dollars in debt due to this event. It has ruined me; I am unable to work without reliable transportation. My mom has been helping me to stay on my feet in the meantime, and I try to earn some money to give back to her, but this has been very hard with my disability.

I am trying to make some money so I can get a reliable bike/scooter to use for work and commuting. My goal is to raise $1500 so I can purchase a 49cc motorcycle or scooter along with a bag and gear so I can continue to do my work and eventually earn the money to fight my debt.

Any donations to reach this goal would be extremely helpful and would help me to get back working again and being comfortable on my feet once again. This year has not been an easy one, and I am grateful just to be alive.
