Help Jmills Tackle His Goals At East Coast Prep

Donation protected
Hello Potential Supporters,

My name is Justin Mills Jr. I’m a Senior Student Athlete, looking forward to graduating in June 2021. I attend Metropolitan Business Academy, and play football (Wide Receiver/ Defensive Back) and run track for Hillhouse High School.
In March of 2020, like all of your lives, mine was interrupted too. After winning the State Championship for Track, I wasn't able to properly accept my ring at our Ring Ceremony we normally would.  And from that point on, athletically everything went down hill.
Due to COVID-19 I didn’t get the privilege of having a football season and showcasing my skills.  Since physically being out of school and not being able to participate in my sports programs, I have been doing my due diligence to stay focused, and in athletic shape. With all the new changes, I academically suffered a bit, with the unexpected change to a new system of learning online.  But I have worked hard to bring my grades back up to passing, ending my last semester with Honor Roll!

In August I’m looking forward to attending a Post Grad School called East Coast Prep, located in MA. This school will aid in my preparation to attend college in the Spring, by advancing my SAT and academic ranking. Not only will it help me academically, it will play a major part in my entry roll athletically. In attending East Coast Prep, I will have a 10 game season and furthering my education.
I applied, and have been accepted into the school playing Defensive Back, but now, the real task is securing my placement.

In order to do so I have until the 15th of February to raise $2500, to be able to secure a spot in the school. This is my 1st financial goal on my fundraising journey.  With the support of my mom, I have been going out and shoveling snow to earn money to get me to the 1st goal. We have some money raised and set aside, but I know it is not enough.
My parents are both supportive, and hard working, but with the setbacks of Covid and personal reasons, it has made it a bit challenging for them to put up this amount of money in such a short time.
I am more than willing to fight, and do the work for what I am setting out to achieve.
I’m asking for help as any amount of a donation would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in supporting my endeavors, please feel free to open your heart to make a contribution.

Contributing to my fundraiser will give me a fresh beginning, after a year of academic and athletic set back. It will provide me with an opportunity to gain a step forward, and advance in my future endeavors. I know every dollar matters in the world we live in, and I will be greatly appreciative for every one that you choose to bless me with!
