My name is Jiovanni, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the most challenging times in my life. Due to mold buildup in my apartment, I have developed severe lung damage and ongoing breathing problems. My doctor has put me on bed rest, which means I can’t work right now. With no one else to lean on, I’ve fallen behind on rent and am facing the terrifying possibility of homelessness again.

I don’t have much of a support group, and these days often feel dark and lonely. I try so hard every day not to give up on life, but it’s been incredibly difficult. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward covering my rent and medical bills while I recover and work to get back on my feet.
