Help Jinbe Walk Again
Donation protected
Meet Jinbe, our six-week-old kitten who is facing a tough start in life due to a rare birth defect. Jinbe's spine is severely malformed, causing his legs to splay out to the sides, leaving him unable to walk like other kittens. He also cannot use the restroom by himself, requiring constant care. Despite these challenges, Jinbe is a bundle of joy and determination, dragging himself around with his front legs and capturing our hearts every day.
Currently, Jinbe requires frequent vet visits, sometimes as often as every two weeks. At home, my girlfriend Jackie and I assist him with basic needs like using the restroom and provide physical therapy exercises multiple times a day. This routine is demanding, but we are committed to giving Jinbe the best life possible. Our schedules revolve around his care, with Jackie working three jobs and me working from home to ensure Jinbe gets the attention he needs.
We are seeking this support to cover Jinbe's ongoing vet bills, food, medication, and eventually professional physical therapy. We would also like to eventually pay for more expensive medical scans, such as CT scans and MRIs. Your help would not only ease the financial burden but also improve Jinbe's quality of life, allowing him to thrive despite his condition. Any assistance would be a blessing to Jinbe, Jackie, and me, as we continue this journey together, helping him have a better quality of life all around.
