Help Jina and Harvey Overcome This Challenge

I know this is a long shot, but I'm taking any chances I can get. My name's Jina, I'm 18 years old, and 3 months pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant (about a month ago), I had to give my dog to my aunt so he could get proper care. Well, Sunday morning my aunt called me and told me something was wrong. He was limping Saturday night and Sunday morning couldn't use his legs at all. Nothing happened, he wasn't run over, it was just sudden. I went over there and checked him out. I ended up taking him with me so I could get him to the vet to make sure he was okay. Well, today I took him to the vet and got the worst news ever. He's got IVDD. IVDD is intervertebral disc disease in dogs. It occurs when the cushioning discs between the bones of the spinal column either bulge or burst, causing compression and bruising of the spinal cord, resulting in pain, dysfunction, or paralysis. Well, Harvey skipped the pain and dysfunction and went straight to paralysis. They told me he needs surgery as soon as possible. My family cannot afford $6000 surgery. They also said if I can't afford surgery, I could get him a wheelchair, but with him being paralyzed, he doesn't have control over his bowel or bladder. I'm having to physically express his bladder and attempt to get him outside before he poops in the house. But with all of that being said, like I mentioned, I'm having a baby in 6 months and I won't be able to do some of these things for him with a newborn. So, I'm absolutely praying I can get him surgery. If not, our other option is being put to sleep. Having a wheelchair as a dog is no way to live, and it's highly not recommended, but people still do it. This is so heartbreaking as I got Harvey as a gift from my mom who passed away 2 years ago, and Harvey alone is only 4. IVDD is not preventable but is highly treatable. If you feel like you could support me in any way, shape, or form to help me afford this surgery, I would not be able to thank you enough. And if you can't, prayers work just as good. God bless and thank you for reading this.
