Jimmy’s Journey

Jimmy has been battling chronic kidney disease since the age of 16. In 2007, Jimmy was blessed to receive a kidney transplant, giving hope and more time with loved ones. Sadly, that kidney did not last, and now Jimmy is facing the difficult reality of needing another kidney transplant. Since 2023, Jimmy has been on dialysis and has been unable to work because of his medical condition. Along the way, Jimmy has also faced heart issues and has had 5 stents placed. Jimmy also suffers from diabetes. This journey has been long, exhausting, and heartbreaking for the family, but Jimmy continues to fight every single day with strength and courage.

The funds raised for Jimmy will help cover the medical supplies that are regularly shipped to their home, along with transplant surgery and the aftercare he will need during recovery. Sofia is also unable to work because she is Jimmy’s full-time caregiver, doing everything possible to support him through this battle.
