As you may know, Jimmy (Israel) was in the hospital very sick with Covid and double pneumonia shortly after Christmas. After 8 days, he was released from the hospital on oxygen. About a week later, he had scans done. The scans showed multiple clots in his legs. In addition, a scan of the lungs showed pulmonary embolism/saddle embolus across the main pulmonary arteries that had extended into multiple lobes.
Simply put, he is full of clots causing him extreme pain and has had to remain on oxygen. He has been in the hospital again since January 14th. Unfortunately, he seems only to be getting worse. His doctors have decided to meet with an interventional radiologist to talk about taking some of the clots off his lungs through a surgical procedure (will update when we know).
We know many of you are praying and thinking of Jimmy, which means so much. Since being hospitalized, Jimmy has tried to apply for unemployment but was denied since he is deemed unable to work. Since graduating high school, Jimmy has worked hard, lived on his own, and because of this, has many monthly expenses (house payment, all utility bills, truck payment, phone, to name a few...) If you are financially able, please consider donating to support Jimmy during this time. These circumstances are outside of his control, and it would be heartbreaking to see him lose all he's worked for and fall so behind in bills at such a young age... Thank you for all of your support and love.
