Hey Guys, I am sure you are aware i have been battling Multiple Sclerosis for about 13 years now.

Last week it took a very big decline and left me with stroke like effects, leaving half my face with facial palsy, and my memory cant remember certain words and how to make the sounds.

It has come to a point where I need to ask for any assistance possible, as I have ongoing tax debt, shop rent, bills at home and i'm sure you could imagine the set backs it is going to cause me.
