Donation protected
As you may have heard, Jimmy & Chicki's daughter Lucy has been in the hospital for a week. The doctors know she has meningitis, but they're not sure what kind. She is now (as of Friday, December 9th) being transferred to Children's Hospital in DC for better care. They also have one-month old baby Emily and 2-year old Macy Jane to care for. They will all be staying in D.C. until Lucy is stabilized so they can be together.
This has been a very hard time for their family emotionally, of course. It is also going to be very draining financially, as Jimmy takes time off work, the family stays in D.C. to be close to Lucy, and Christmas is coming up in just a few weeks. We can’t make Lucy better, but we can try to take away some of the financial pressure that will make an already stressful situation more difficult.
Jimmy and Chicki have a lot of friends and family.
