Help Jimbo Build Shade for a Senior Horse

Hi, I moved to a property in central Arizona, in the midst of summer, there's a horse here with no shade. I know he's hot out there in the Arizona sun every morning I go to work. It's not my property, but I've done woodworking throughout my life, I wanna build him some shade! I just need some 4x4s, 2x6s, some 4x8 plywood, and a few rebars. I have to make it sturdy enough to withstand strong winds, so it's going to be a very strong build. I have the hardware already from other projects. I can build this real quick if I just had the timber. It'll be 8ft High, 12ft long, 8ft wide. It's shade from sun and thunder storms, I'll add wind break's for the west side of it when the time comes, but that wind is the only thing keeping him cool right now. This horse is in his late 20s, let's make him a comfortable golden age. I will use all leftover funds to build as much shade as I can for any other animals around the property. I'm doin other projects throughout this property too, but horses are large animals, I just don't have that much cash for larger projects. Thank you for any help.
