On Wednesday March 31st, Jim suffered a large stroke and has been in the ICU since.  Due to increased swelling in his brain, Jim had to undergo an emergency craniectomy early Saturday morning and is still in recovery. There are many obstacles to recovery that have kept him in intensive care, and his condition continues to fluctuate. However we are believing in Jesus’ name that he will experience complete healing and recovery.


Many thoughtful friends and family members have asked how they can best come alongside our family during this time, so we wished to provide an opportunity for those to offer financial support for the substantial medical bills that Jim and Dana are currently facing. Following his retirement from the My Favorite Muffin business, Jim had yet to embark on his next career adventure and therefore has no medical insurance. This means that financial support will be crucial for him and Dana moving forward, and monetary gifts would greatly ease their burdens throughout the process of his recovery.


Jim has been an incredible blessing to so many, and we are hoping during this time to surround him in the same love and blessings that he has poured out to us. Any contribution is a blessing, and so greatly appreciated - as are continued prayers for a miraculous healing, and FULL recovery.
