Help Jim Rutigliano while he battles Cancer

Hi my name is Kathy, some of you may not know me but you know my friend and brother Jim aka as Jimbo. Jim was diagnosed a few months ago with Stage 4 Burketts Lymphoma, it is a very aggressive form of lymphoma. Jim has been in and out of the hospital undergoing chemo and tests for the past couple of months. Being everything he has been going through he is unable to work at this time. Anyone who knows Jim knows he is one of the the most generous individuals you will ever meet. His door is always open, he's always there to lend a hand, if you are hungry you are always welcomes at the table. He is not just an amazing friend, but a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He is a man that stands by his friends and family no matter what. It's why I am reaching out to for everyone to help, Jim and Barbara have been through one hit after another this year, with Barbara in recovery from her major surgery, we all know the medical expenses just continue to come. Now more than ever they need us. Jim is in for the long haul to treat and beat this cancer, the last thing he needs is to worry about is keeping a roof over his head and supporting his family.
