Jim Thornbury is a 71-year-old man who has recently experienced a devastating loss. On December 2nd, Jim’s home was destroyed in a fire. He suffered smoke inhalation and burns, and the fire left him with nothing but the clothes on his back. Jim’s health is already very fragile, and he relies on social security to get by. With no home insurance or savings, this tragedy has left him in an incredibly vulnerable position.

Right now, Jim is in a medical facility recovering from his injuries. However, he will soon be released and has nowhere to go. Our hope is to raise enough funds to secure safe housing for him—ideally an RV—so he can have a place to call home and begin to rebuild his life. Every donation will go directly toward helping Jim find stability and comfort during this difficult time.
