Help Jim Pay For His Open Heart Surgery

This is my dad, Jim, and he is 50 years old. 2 years ago, he began having heart attacks, and weeks later he was life-flighted to a hospital 2.5 hours from where he lives. He was taken straight to the ICU where they attempted to put in a stent that failed to work. He was taken into open heart surgery where he had a triple bypass surgery, and had grafts taken from his legs to fix his heart. After the fact, we found out that he had a 5mm aortic aneurism, and if it would've gotten to 5.5mm, he would've bled out and died alone in his home. Now, 2 years later, we learned that one of the valves that was replaced, and happens to be the biggest one,  isn't working and is creating heart murmurs. Unfortunately, this will not fix on its own, so he has to have another open heart surgery to replace this valve. This came out of left field, since this valve was supposed to last 8-10 years, and I thought I wouldn't see another surgery until I was 27. Here I am at 19, watching my dad go under for another open heart surgery that no one saw coming. My dad is one of the most hard working people I know. He works from 2:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., 6 days a week, but all he wants to do is work less so that he can live out his days more freely, doing the things that he loves while he can. Unfortunately, he is still in debt $4,000 from his first surgery, and now has to pay an additional $8,000 for this upcoming surgery. Open heart surgery also takes a HUGE toll on your body, and he has a long recovery before he can work again, so he has to use all of his PTO and sick pay to support him during his recovery. All I want is for my dad to not have to worry about finances and debt from this surgery, so that he can do the things he enjoys and work less.
