Hi, my name is Mike. I have been Jim's co-worker for the past 25 years. Jim is a hardworking, dedicated employee dealing with trials of having cancer for the second time. The first time Jim was diagnosed with cancer, he continued to work while enduring his cancer treatments. He would show up to work looking drained and exhausted. Jim would complete his daily tasks without complaint, then return home and take care of his aging mother. Jim was lucky and seemed to beat this horrible disease, even though he continued to have medical issues that he had to deal with. Unfortunately, the cancer has returned, but this time, Jim does not have the strength to continue working. Jim is in his 60's, deals with cancer and still manages to care for his mother.
