My name is Jim, and for years I have dedicated my life to serving others through Wrath and Grace Ministries. Before a January ice storm totaled my vehicle while I was helping someone, I used my truck to carry camping materials, hygiene supplies, clothes, and food for the homeless. I spent countless hours transporting people to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, and helping them move their belongings. My vehicle was not just transportation—it was a lifeline for my ministry and the people I serve.
Since losing my vehicle, I have struggled to keep up with the demands of my ministry. I have not been able to purchase a high-tech laptop or the office equipment needed to create awareness, design flyers, or research other ministries at conferences. Most of my work for Wrath and Grace Ministries and the prison ministry I helped create has been done on my smartphone. With the right technology, a high-tech printer, office supplies, and a reliable vehicle, I could do so much more for those in need, especially for the prison ministry side of Wrath and Grace.
My health has also presented significant challenges. I live with severe spinal cord issues, degenerative disc disease, bulging discs, and neuropathy. I have a chair for when I am paralyzed from the middle of my back down, and I need my tiny home modified for accessibility. Despite these obstacles, my passion for ministry remains strong. If I had a truck, trailer, and the tools to build, repair, and maintain homes, I could continue to serve my community and church. I am determined to keep working in ministry, even as my mobility declines.
Your support will help me purchase a truck and trailer so I can travel to conferences with our ministry booth and merchandise, raising funds for the prison project. It will also provide the technology and supplies needed to expand my outreach and support the daily operations of Wrath and Grace Ministries. Modifications to my home and vehicle will allow me to remain independent and continue serving others, no matter what the future holds.
I am asking for your prayers and support. Donations to my GoFundMe will help me continue serving others through Wrath and Grace Ministries and the prison project. Please consider sharing my fundraiser with your friends and community, and keep me in your prayers as I work to overcome these challenges.
