Help Jim Beat Cancer for the second time

This campaign is for my incredible Dad, Jim. Jim has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
This isn't the first lot of cancer my poor dad has gone through. 5 years ago at 59 he was fighting bowel cancer. We thought once we had gone through all of the radiation, chemo and then multiple surgeries that we had beaten cancer and after 5 years in remission surely is wasn't coming back right? Wrong.
When dad went into his MRI my mum and I were sure it couldn't be cancer again, he had been through so much already we didn't think God, the universe or whatever else exists would be so unkind to our family, especially not to dad. Someone who is so undeserving of such a thing to have to go through not once but twice. It was then confirmed that he had prostate cancer and that there would be huge complications in trying to treat it due to his previous cancer treatment.
Unfortunately, due to the previous cancer radiation is not option for treatment and we can only move forward with surgery. Of course this costs money and although we are lucky enough to have private health insurance there is a large gap that we will be out of pocket for the surgery, then long road to recovery and hopefully remission again.
I am hoping to raise money to assist my parents in paying for the surgery along with any other medical bills necessary to fight the cancer. During this time Jim will not be able to work and my Mum will have to take leave from work to care for him for who knows how long - Along myself who will be taking leave from work to help support the both of them.
Any money raised will go directly to my parents and towards medical expenses only.
For those that are able to help with funds or just to send Jim some healing energy we would be forever grateful.
