Help Jill Navigate Life After Sudden Loss

Hello all,

Family members of Jill and the late Mark Trujillo are raising funds to support Jill through the loss of her beloved husband.

Mark Trujillo recently passed away after battling Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Liver Cirrhosis, COPD, and Congestive Heart Failure. Until his final days, Mark was pivotal in helping Jill navigate home and health affairs for nearly 25 years. While we were grateful to have found in-home hospice care, these services have ended, leaving Jill to handle this very difficult transition on her own.

Jill has always been an active member of her community. Her generosity knows no bounds, and she has dedicated much of her life to assisting others. Despite facing numerous challenges, Jill has shown incredible strength and kindness. She also deals with her own health issues, including frequent seizures, double vision, lack of depth perception/balance, mental impairment, and recently evolving memory issues.

Living on a fixed disability income, Jill now faces financial strain, compounded by thousands in credit card debt. Her monthly check is insufficient to cover all household expenses, and she is the sole financial supporter at the moment.

In addition to financial support for household bills, we hope to raise funds for assistive devices such as a wheelchair ramp, grab bars, and a stair lift to make Jill's home more accessible and prevent future falls while we navigate in-home care options.
