i am reaching out because our good friend jill is in need of our help. she is struggling with the idea of letting other people help out financially but this is honestly the best way we can help her.  we need to alleviate her financial stress so she can focus all her energy and efforts on getting healthy.  as you may know, she was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer - her treatment is a year long including chemotherapy and a double mastectomy.  she had thought she could tough it out and continue to work but after just her first chemotherapy treatment she is struggling to even get out of bed.  it is becoming clear that she may likely have to miss a lot of work and consider not working altogether.  while we can’t alleviate her physical symptoms, we have the fortunate ability to alleviate her financial stress.  please let’s help her financially to the best of our means.  jill has a very high medical deductible that she must meet this year and which starts anew on january 1.  our goal is to cover her deductibles and lost wages that are imminent and to that end we are setting the goal at $50,000.  please contribute and pass this on to others that may help.  although jill is struggling with asking others for help, i know how grateful she will be and we all know that jill would be there for us.  thank you all in advance for your support of jill and let’s all look forward to the day that jill is healthy with her great smile and adorable giggle!
