This is my son Jezreel before his health began to decline further. Before, Jezreel was a manager of a store and was studying accounting. Now, his mental functioning is of someone who needs daily living assistance. Jezreel is 21 years old and has health conditions that have caused him to experience symptoms of catatonia, which is a life-threatening condition that can lead to a decrease in brain functioning and organ failure. Jezreel is incapable of making health decisions and is becoming more non-verbal by the day. This is an emergency fund to make sure my son's legal expenses for a guardianship are paid for. I am kindly requesting for those to find it in their hearts to give for my son's health and safety in order for me to obtain guardianship of a vulnerable adult.
