Hello, my name is Jethduan Cordova-Olmo, and I am currently working toward earning the rank of Eagle Scout in Fredonia Troop 267. For my Eagle Project, I am honored to take on a mission that means far more than just a requirement — I will be rebuilding and restoring a memorial at Fredonia Central School dedicated to Philip Lawrence Witkowski, a local hero who gave their life in service to our country.

This memorial was originally built to honor Philip Witkowski’s sacrifice and serve as a place of reflection and remembrance for the community. Over the years, time and weather have taken their toll, and it is now in need of significant repair to preserve its meaning and dignity.
