My name is Natalia Chavez, and I am reaching out today on behalf of my uncle, Jesus Zarate, and his family. Jesus is a hardworking husband and father of three beautiful children. He immigrated to the United States when he was just 17 years old, and ever since, he has worked tirelessly to provide for his family and contribute to his community with honor and integrity.
After six long years of waiting, Jesus finally received the life-saving kidney transplant he so desperately needed. While this transplant has given him a second chance at life, it has also come with an overwhelming financial burden. On top of the medical bills from the transplant, Jesus is struggling to keep up with his monthly mortgage, utility bills, and health insurance costs. These combined expenses are taking a toll on him and his family as he focuses on healing.
As part of his recovery, Jesus will be out of work for 6 to 8 months, leaving his family without their main source of income during this critical time. As a devoted father and husband, he has always worked hard to care for his loved ones, but now, he needs our help.

Me llamo Natalia Chávez y les escribo hoy en nombre de mi tío, Jesús Zárate, y su familia. Jesús es un esposo trabajador y padre de tres hermosos hijos. Emigró a Estados Unidos con tan solo 17 años y, desde entonces, ha trabajado incansablemente para mantener a su familia y contribuir a su comunidad con honor e integridad.
Tras seis largos años de espera, Jesús finalmente recibió el trasplante de riñón que tanto necesitaba para salvar su vida. Si bien este trasplante le ha dado una segunda oportunidad, también ha supuesto una carga financiera abrumadora. Además de las facturas médicas del trasplante, Jesús tiene dificultades para pagar su hipoteca mensual, los servicios públicos y el seguro médico. Estos gastos combinados le están afectando a él y a su familia mientras se concentra en su recuperación.
