My name is Jesus, and I’m reaching out because I recently experienced a life-changing accident. I was in a serious wreck that left me with broken ribs, a cut spleen, a brain bleed, and severe damage to my eye, which is now nearly blind. The injuries were so severe that I had to be flown to Houston for emergency surgery. Just before the accident, I was preparing to start a new job that would help me pay my bills and get back on my feet. Now, instead of working, I’m facing a long recovery and at least a month without any income.

The medical bills are already piling up—hospital stays, CT scans, surgery, and ongoing visits to eye doctors. On top of that, I have to cover my living and transportation expenses while I heal. It’s overwhelming to face all of this at once, and I’m doing my best to stay hopeful and focus on my recovery.
