Help Jesus Cendejas Rebuild After Tragic Attack

Hi my name is: Jesus Cendejas

Muni driver for the city and county of San Francisco for around 13 years.

two years ago in 12/17/2022 at early morning I get attacked by a passenger with hot Coffe and punches in my head and face which left me with a concussion and scars in my eyes losing my left eye vision permanently with out cure or transplant to fixed and right eye losing the near vision and the concussion make me feeling very sensitive to the light (photophobia .)since that day I been struggling with my family 4 kids and 2 adults since they told me is a permanent damaged we have to wait until this get over with courts and that will take years and months to get over and from now my family and I will get into to much debt this month of December all my checks can’t be enough for food o payment of the mortgage since they stop paying me the workers comp and even before the checks where not enough minimum they cover my mortgage and some food, last year to survive day by day I have to pawn all my important stuff to help with the bills they just told me to apply for the retirement and social security .

from the month of agost of 2024 trying to get another income for my family I get into the airbnb so will help cover my spending cost …

at the beginning was Cain of good but now September 2024 is getting slower because they said no more checks after December 2024

and October 29 2024 I got this lady that is been refusing to leave my place and on top she didn’t pay and changed my water. Bill under her name my Pge also garbage and they said she had residency at my place I can’t afford to pay a lawyer and I can’t qualify for refinancing my property to get money out of my house even my property has good market value so I don’t know what to do in this case.where to run???…

I never ask anyone for help before like to many people that knows me I always was helping others but this time. I need every one to help me rebuild my family till I get all this situation fixed.
