Hi all,

My name is Karina and I am fundraising for my uncle, Jesus Garcia. Last month my uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer after weeks of mysterious symptoms. Shortly after his diagnosis, the team of doctors at UC San Diego Medical Center discovered that it spread to one of his lungs and his liver. Once pancreatic cancer spreads, the prognosis isn't good. He is currently receiving treatment from a team of specialists but it will be a very tough road to recovery.

Jesus has a son named Omar and a wife named Elvira. As one can imagine, this news has taken an emotional, mental, physical, and financial toll on the Garcia family. Jesus is the main breadwinner for the family and all funds will be used to ease the financial hardships caused by this diagnosis. My uncle is loved by many and is fighting for his life.
