Hi, my name is Jessie Lewis and I am a full-time culinary arts student at Shasta College. This year I turned 26 and decided to take a leap of faith, and make my passion a reality. I have decided to dedicate all of my extra time, energy, and money to starting my long-time dream, Flour Petal Catering. This has been a dream of mine since I was a child and cooking for others has always given me a huge sense of gratitude and joy. As a small business just starting, there are never-ending expenses, and although I do my best to be resourceful and make smart purchases to help my business become stable, a little help wouldn't hurt.
