On Wednesday, October 29, my brother Jessie Kilian Sr. was involved in a life-changing motor vehicle accident. By the grace of God, emergency responders arrived within minutes and provided life-saving care on the scene. Jessie was rushed to UHS Wilson Medical Center, where he underwent emergency spinal surgery performed by an extraordinary team of doctors and nurses.

We are beyond grateful that Jessie is still with us—but he now faces a long and challenging road ahead. His recovery will require extensive rehabilitation, ongoing medical treatment, and major lifestyle adjustments over the months and years to come. Life will never be quite the same, but with faith, family, and community, we’re determined to help him rebuild.

How These Funds Will Help

This fundraiser has been created by our family and friends across New York City, the five boroughs, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley to support Jessie and his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
