Help Jessie Overcome His Biggest Challenge
Donation protected
Update for June 25, 2025:
Hi everyone,
Thank you so much to those who have already donated, shared, or offered kind words of support since this campaign began. I wanted to share a significant update about my friend Jessie Gallagher.
On June 14, 2025, Jessie was in a serious motorcycle accident and taken to the trauma center at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis with critical injuries to both legs. Despite multiple surgeries, doctors were unable to save his left leg, and Jessie has now undergone an above-the-knee amputation.
Jessie is only 30 years old and now faces the biggest challenge of his life — not only physically, but emotionally and financially. While he does have health insurance, he is expected to hit his out-of-pocket maximum and will be unable to return to work for the foreseeable future.
Jessie has always met adversity with strength and grit. He’s supported by a close circle of friends and family who are helping him through this difficult time, and we’re asking for your help as well. Every contribution, big or small, will help ease the financial burden so he can focus on recovery and rehabilitation.
We appreciate your continued compassion and support.
