My family and I are facing one of the hardest times of our lives. My husband has been struggling with heart failure, which has forced him out of work and onto short-term disability. Unfortunately, we won’t receive any payments until his disability is approved, which could take up to two months. On top of that, our car’s transmission is failing, making it nearly impossible to get to appointments or run errands.

I’m unable to work myself due to degenerative disc disease, and with five boys to care for, every day feels like an uphill battle. We’re already behind on rent, and the stress of not knowing if we’ll be able to keep our home is overwhelming. We’re also struggling to cover basic needs like groceries, utilities, car repairs, and our phone bill. This year, we won’t even be able to celebrate Easter with our kids, and it breaks my heart to feel like I can’t provide for them the way I want to.

I’m not someone who finds it easy to ask for help, but right now, I can’t do this alone. If you’re able to donate or even just share our story, it would mean the world to us.
