Help Jessica support Jacob through his recovery.

On Sunday, August 1st, Jacob sustained serious injuries in a bike accident that currently has him in the ICU. Doctors said his helmet is what saved his life. Anyone who knows Jessica knows if this was anyone of us she would have been there in an instant to help in any possible way. She is doing an amazing job raising 4 kids on her own, works countless hours to ensure they have what they need and still finds time to volunteer to help where ever she is needed. You all also know that her kids are her number one priority, which is why she needs our help now! She has not left Jacobs side, her experience working with trauma has given her the knowledge to advocate for him to ensure he receives the best possible care for the best outcome. The road to recovery is going to be a long one, there is still so much that is unknown at this point, but I will provide updates while respecting Jacobs privacy. I am asking if we can all come together and support Jessica and Jacob (and his siblings) so that she can take the time needed off work to remain by his side and help him through this extremely difficult time.

At this point on top of normal expenses, there will be medical bills and months of therapy. This is the tentative plan, as we are waiting on additional tests before anything is final. Jacob is an amazing kid that, like his mom, would do anything for anyone. Lets all do anything we can to show them our love and support.
