Hello, my name is Wendy and I am asking for help in the community for Jessica Dye Brown. She is the stepmother to my son Ryker, she and her husband Roger Brown also have a son together (Gage.) Jessica was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and has had numerous treatments and surgeries. She is currently having to stay in Atlanta Monday - Friday where she is receiving proton radiation therapy twice a day. The first treatment is in the morning and the 2nd is late in the evenings. She will do this each week for about 5 weeks, after this, her team of doctors will decide her next course of action. Jessica has her mother with her for support, and to help her get to each appointment. This is an outpatient treatment so they both stay at a nearby hotel and take an uber back and forth to the hospital. Jessica has insurance and Roger works, however gas, food, hotel bills, etc. It all adds up. Jessica is always helping others and this is a way we can help her, it will also take some of the stress off the family, so she can focus on getting better and back home to her family.
