Help Jessica Rebuild Her Food Trailer Dreams

On June 13, 2021, Jessica Pinto, owner & creator of Jessica Frituras Catering, was on her way to debut her new food trailer at Nona Adventure Park as one of the vendors for the event.   While on her way to the park, a reckless driver in a BMW was speeding on the 408 highway. This driver tailgated her repeatedly and then cut her off in her lane, which caused Jessica and her family to swerve on the highway. The food catering trailer flipped over three times, tumbling everything inside - luckily no one was hit by the trailer.  Everyone is very thankful that no one was hurt and all were safe from the accident. However, Jessica is devastated by this after pouring her dream, business, and savings to build it.

Jessica's food trailer was brand new and she had worked so hard to get it for her catering company.  After catering for so long, this trailer was her dream finally coming true.  It took three months of preparation - making the plans, installing special appliances, and a plumbing system.  Jessica was so enthralled about this finally happening after years of hard work, that she could not stop talking about this dream food trailer to all that she met.  She would call her friend Diana everyday just to talk about how excited she was about it and its upcoming debut. 

Jessica is so passionate about catering that she puts all of her love into cooking.  She is a kind person who loves to feed people.  Her friends say that they never knew someone that likes being in the kitchen as much as she does.  Jessica is known to be an extremely kind person, friendly, and extremely hard working. She is just one of those people that will take her shirt off her back to give it to you.
