Help Us Recover After Fire & Smoke Damage

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart after experiencing a fire that started in the apartment below us. It has left us facing unexpected challenges. While we are grateful for our safety, the fire caused significant smoke damage to our home and belongings, leaving us in need of urgent support to rebuild and replace essential items.

The impact of smoke damage is extensive—furniture, clothing, and everyday necessities have been affected, and the cost of cleaning, replacing, and restoring our home is overwhelming. Unfortunately, we don’t have renters insurance and we will be unable to return to our home for the next few months as repairs are being made.

• Replacing damaged clothing, furniture, and personal belongings

• Cleaning and restoring our home from smoke damage
