Help Jessica Rebuild After California Fires

My best friend has been displaced by the California fires. What didn't burn down is ruined by water, smoke, and looters. Jessica has no home to return to and is searching for a new place while helping in the recovery effort. We can't get her to leave LA but we can help her help LA, find a new apartment, fix her car which was battered by the winds and pay for essentials .
