Dear Friends and Family,
I am writing to you as I am currently in an urgent legal battle to protect my children and myself. I don’t feel the current situation my children are in is safe or in their best interest and because of this I have sought help with the court system. I have done as much as possible through a pro bono lawyer, but in order to move forward, I have had to rehire my previous lawyer. He is the same lawyer I worked with three years ago in a similar situation with my ex-husband and children. This lawyer was great to work with and when I worked with him, there was a positive outcome -- the judge dismissed the case and deemed that my ex-husbands charges against me were completely unfounded.
I am confident that there will be another positive outcome this time, but need financial support to afford the legal fees. The first major hearing will be January 14th at 1pm, a second hearing the end of January and another is scheduled for March 15th. Would you please be in prayer for these dates.
