Help Jessica recover from Brain Tumor!

Hello. I am raising funds on behalf of my sister Jessica. After a week of headaches, on November 17th 2024 Jessica was rushed to Canton Potsdam Hospital when she became unresponsive. After a CT scan, it was determined Jess had an extremely large tumor in her left frontal lobe of her brain. She was then airlifted to Burlington Hospital for emegency surgery. Jessica has survived the surgery but will have a very long road of recovery to what we all are hoping is a state of remission. Jessica is currently being transferred to a rehab center for intensive speech/cognitative therapy, and physical therapy. We are trying to take every step day by day but the future will be months of appointments, including up to radiation, chemo, MRI's, and extensive travel from Norfolk to Burlington. Jessica recently started a new job at SUNY Potsdam in August. Due to her short tenure, she is not eligible for FMLA, disability, or any other forms of paid time off. She will be out of work for an extended time and will no longer have an income starting next week. Although we are extremely lucky she is insured, there will be monthly premiums to continue her insurance while she is not working, her monthly bills from no longer having an income, and travel expenses for all of her aftercare needs.
