Hi, my name is Jessica. I live in NV and I have congestive heart failure and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. I will need to get a lung transplant in the very near future and NV does not do transplants. I am unable to work and get money to relocate to a state that does do the transplants. At this time I do not have a car or a place to stay in another state and need help getting money to move. My Doctor says I need to do this in the next few months. I am asking for help so I can go to another state to find a place to live and start working towards getting this life saving transplant. Without it I am not sure I will be alive in two years. I have a son that I would like to see start a family of his own. My other family members that would like me to be here as long a I can, can only support me so much. I have been doing everything my doctors ask until now and this is the next step. They tell me a double lung transplant is the only thing left to try and stay alive and there is still a lot more work to be done before it can happen. Work like moving, getting established in another state with doctors and medications and then the surgery. This is the only thing that can keep me from dying at 47.
