My name is Jessica. I am a single mother of 2 young daughters struggling to keep our apartment.

I received a notice to quit last week because I am 3 months behind on my rent, which is $1000 per month. I don't make enough with my full-time job to keep up with that plus all of life's other bills. I don't get any help from my girls' father and can't get a second job due to having no sitter for them at night, nor the strength to hold 2 jobs. I also take care of my 87yr old mother which takes time off of work to bring her to Dr's appointments and when she needs extra help at home. We only have each other.

I am asking for any help anyone can give. I've tried a few agencies and have been told they do not have funds currently. I had to swallow my pride to create this post, but I gotta do what I gotta do to keep a roof over our heads.
