Jessica Roberts, my daughter, is 34 years old and has always tried her best to take care of her teeth. Unfortunately, for many years she had to put off necessary dental care because she didn’t have dental insurance. Now, thanks to her husband Dustin’s insurance program, she has limited coverage, but the deductible is very high. Despite her efforts, Jessica has faced major dental issues over the past couple of years, resulting in significant out-of-pocket and non-covered expenses that have become overwhelming for her and her family.

This year alone, Jessica has had three root canals—one of which was an emergency and had to be paid for entirely out of pocket—and three crowns, with a fourth crown still needed after the emergency root canal. She also grinds her teeth terribly at night and had a night guard made, but unfortunately, she broke it due to the severity of her grinding. She now needs another night guard, but they simply cannot afford it at this time. Jessica and her husband have already exhausted all of their dental coverage for this fiscal year, and it’s only February. Any funds raised here will help pay for past deductibles, the emergency root canal, the cost of a new night guard, and the fourth crown that she will need in the near future. Without help, Jessica would have to wait until next January to have any more dental work done, but I am hoping that with the support of kind people, she won’t have to wait that long.

As her mother, I am happy to help as much as I can, but being on a fixed income means I can only do so much. Thank you so much for your kind consideration of this request for support.
