Hello,

My name is Bob Clarke, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Jessica, a devoted mother of two beautiful boys, ages 3 and 4.

Jessica has been through so much over the past few years. After enduring an emotionally abusive relationship with the boys’ father, she has spent the last two years working tirelessly to create a safe, stable, and loving home for her children. Despite the challenges of single motherhood and struggling to make ends meet in low -wage jobs, Jessica has managed to maintain a two-bedroom apartment where her sons feel secure, loved, and cared for.

Up until recently, Jessica and the boys’ father had an informal shared custody arrangement. But last week, everything changed. He failed to return the children at the agreed upon time and blindsided her with a lawsuit seeking full custody—accompanied by false and deeply hurtful allegations. Jessica has not seen her boys since.

These accusations are completely unfounded and untrue. But without legal representation, Jessica is at a serious disadvantage. She urgently needs an attorney to fight for her rights—and more importantly, to fight for her children. Her goal is not only to defend herself against these false claims, but to seek full custody and request the child support she and her sons deserve.

We would never ask for help unless we truly had no other options. But the cost of legal defense is simply more than Jessica (or our family) can afford. She’s doing everything she can, but we’ve reached a point where we can’t do this alone. The attorneys retainer is expected to be $5,000, and there will undoubtedly be additional legal expenses on top of that.
