I specialize in trauma, attachment style, and ADHD. I am in love with the magic of combining love and science to help people realize their best selves. I want to put my years of studying to good use and create easy to follow community resources for ADHD support, trauma, and general psychoeducation. Ideally, I would also like to arrange free support groups and create free worksheets as well.

I want this ongoing project to be how I leave the world a little better than I found it. There were a lot of things that I was never helped with as an at-risk youth that could change a young person's life. I want to get the information out there and help people heal.

In addition to my three-year training in clinical mental health and family, marriage and couple training, personal experience as an at-risk youth, and experience working at a community mental health clinic, I have taken the following Certifications & Specialized Training:
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)
Access to Lethal Means / Suicide Counseling
Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT)
The Four Self-Conscious Affects of Trauma
Healthy Rage Release
Pesso System Psychomotor Therapy
Gestalt: Empty Chair Technique
LGBTQ+ Support Counseling
The Trauma of Immigration
Attachment Theory & Style Work
Indigenous Healing Practices
Creative Mindfulness Tools
Trauma Resilience Strategies
Polyvagal Theory-Based Interventions
Somatic-Based Techniques

You may ask: What is so special about what you have to say? Fair question my good lady and or sir and or them.

I wanted to become an expert in understanding the illogical pain and inspiration that can be found within human relationships. How could someone do the right thing but never seem happy? Why do people hurt each other the way they have been hurt? Do we really need each other or was that just bullshit they sold to us to make us put up with each other?

This led me to years of studying neuroscience, neurobiology, mammalian survival, mentalization based treatment, personality disorders, history, biology, and many other topics that helped give me a well-rounded idea of how our brains and bodies were designed to work together for survival. I also think that using really big words all the time is boring and so I always learn things thorough enough to be able to explain them easily.

Thank you so much for even getting to this part of the explanation. Hopefully we can come together to spread knowledge that will help us go from surviving to thriving.
